Hand & Body Wipes
2 C Clean Water (RO or distilled)
1 Tbsp Organic Pure Aloe Vera
1 Tbsp Organic Pure Witch Hazel Extract
1 tsp Liquid Castille Soap (Dr. Bronner's)
20 drops of each Tea Tree & Thieves Essential Oils (recipe below)
2 capsules of Vit # (optional)
1/2 Roll Viva regular size, cut in half
1. Cut the roll of paper towel in half using a sharp knife.
2. Mix well all the ingredients together in a glass measuring cup. Use a whisk. Add essential oils last.
3. Pour the liquid into a gallon size zip lock bag and insert the paper towel, cut side down. Let it set for 5-10 min.
4. Invert the roll over and allow to sit for another 5-10 min to let all the liquid to be distributed evenly.
5. Once the liquid has worked its way through the paper towels, pull the cardobard tube out.
6. Wipes are ready to use!
Note: You could make reusable wipes by cutting up old t-shirts into 8 x 8 squares

Many ingredients have linked to cancer, immuniotoxicity, allergies, developmental problems, reproductive toxicity, organ dysfunction, endocrine disruption and cellular changes. So be aware of these toxic loads on the body, particularly babies.
Thieves Essential Oil
40 Drops Cloves
35 Drops Lemon
20 Drops Cinnamon
15 Drops Eucalyptus
10 Drops Rosemary
1 oz = 590 Drops

1 tsp Fine sea salt (or Himalayan crystal salt, to taste)
2/3 cup baking soda
1-2 tsp peppermint extract OR 10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil
Food grade hydrogen peroxide (3%)
-mix above to make a paste and use
OR
2 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide
1-2 drops peppermint essential oil
-mix. add additional peroxide to usable consistency.
-use small amount the first time and observe if any ill effects.
-homemade toopaste does not taste good as the commercial brand.
-do not swallow, if use non-food grade hydrogen peroxide.
2 Tbsp Borax
2 C. Warm water
1 C. White glue
1 C. Water
Food color (optional)
1. Dissolve Borax in 2 C. warm water.
2. In a separate bowl, mix well white glue with 1 C. water. Add food color if desired.
3. Pour white glue solution into Borax solution and mix a little.
4. Pick up solidified parts and work with your hands until it's not slimy
Note: Borax mixture can be use to make another batch. That's it!
Black Gak
1 1/2 C. White glue
1 C. Water
1/4 C. powdered borax
Food coloring (mix 'them all up)
Large bowl
1. Mix the glue and water together in the large bowl. Add food coloring.
2. In a small cup, combine the borax and one tablespoon water. Mix.
3. Pour the borax mixture into the glue mixture and stir. A small lump will form.
4. Take the lump out and squeeze it until it becomes non-sticky.
5. Repeat the borax and water step until all the glue mixture has become gak.
Makes 4-5 balls.
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup salt
1 1/2 cup flour
Food coloring (optional)
1. Mix oil into water. Add rest.
2. Mix with hands.
3. Knead until well mixed.
4. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Kool-Aid Playdough
3 C. Flour
1 C. Salt
2 pkg Unsweetened Kool Aid
1 tsp. Alum or Cream of tartar
2 C. Boiling water
3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
-Mix flour, salt, Kool Aid, and alum together first. Then add boiling water and oil. Knead until smooth.
Playdough
2 C. Flour
1 C. Salt
4 Tbsp Oil
2 C. Water
4 tsp. Cream of tartar
Food cloring
-Mix together all ingredients in sauce pan.
-Stir awhile under low heat until it's a blob.

3 C. Flour
1 1/2 C. Salt
2 Tbsp. Cream of Tartar
3 C. Water
4 Tbsp Baby oil
Food coloring
-Mix well and cook on low heat while stirring.
